  1. 1. Boil chicken in water until done. Add salt and pepper to the water to taste.
  2. 2. Remove the chicken and "pick" meat off the bones, set meat aside.
  3. 3. THE MOST IMPORTANT: Do not drain chicken and throw away the water. You are going to boil your spaghetti noodles in this water.
  4. 4. In a large casserole dish mix both cans of soup, onion, bell pepper, celery, mushrooms, chicken, salt and pepper. Stir together well.
  5. 5. Boil the water again you cooked the chicken in and boil your noodles. You may have to add some additional water.
  6. 6. Mix noodles into casserole dish as stir in well.
  7. 7. Cover top of casserole with a layer of shredded cheese. Do Not Skimp on the cheese!
  8. 8. Top cheese with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered
