  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the pineapple and then the strawberries. Pour half of the mixture into a greased mold. Refrigerate the mold until set, but not firm. (Leave the remaining jello mixture on the counter) Layer the sour cream on the set jello and pour the remaining mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. When you're ready to serve it, flip it over onto a plate and allow it to fall out of the mold.
  2. Enjoy!
