1. Put spinach into a salad bowl. Add the chunks of tomato and cucumber. Then add the grilled chicken pieces. Sprinkle feta cheese on top of the salad, using as much as you like. Then drizzle light caesar on top of the salad. Toss the salad before serving.
2. If desired, add some pita (cut into triangles) to the side of your salad. They are great for stuffing! Then, ENJOY!
