1.Chop avocados and place into serving bowl. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice.
2. Add red onion, tomato, black olives, garlic and basil to bowl.
3. Gently stir in the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 mins. -- Or, may refrigerate and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Makes a nice presentation if served on individual plates over lettuce leaves.
