Saute onion & celery in marg. or butter. Add soup & milk; mix well. Add diced chicken; heat until hot; then keep warm while you cook pancakes.
Add ingredients in order listed, mixing after each addition. Melt some marg. or butter in skillet (over med. high to med. heat). Using a 1/4 cup measure; fill measuring cup with zucchini mixture and empty into skillet; flatten slightly. Cook until done, apprx 5-6 min. per side (or to taste). Keep warm while cooking additional pancakes.
To serve: Put 2 pancakes on plate; spoon chicken sauce over.
