  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Using a pair of kitchen shears, cut all the way around the outside edge of each pita and seperate them into two sides.
  3. Spray the rough side of each of the pitas with cooking spray.
  4. Stack them on top of eachother rough side touching rough side.
  5. Then, using a chefs knife, cut the entire stach in half down the middle then cut eacy half into 3 triangles.
  6. Lay out half the triangles on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Sprinkle them with salt.
  8. Bake for 9 minutes. You will know when they are done when the edges start to brown. You want them to be crispy.
  9. Repeat with the remaining half of the pita triangles.
  10. Allow them to cool.
  11. Serve plain or with your favorite dip!
