Wasabi Curry 'n' Egg penne pasta

"My quick and unique pasta recipe with poached egg sauce. All the ingredients in your pantry, maybe, bapart from the wasabi. Wasabi is optional but it will give a fresh fragrance to your dish. For vegetarian, use vegetable stock powder."

  1. Boil water in a pot with a teaspoon of salt. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until 'al dente'. Then set aside.
  2. In another pot boil water with vinegar and poached the eggs for 2 minutes(half done).
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over a medium heat. Once butter is melted, saute curry powder, stock powder and chili powder for a minute. Then toss in the pasta and wasabi. Season to taste.
  4. Serve warm topped with the poached egg and parmesan cheese
