Crmuble the fyllo pastry and place on a baking tray. Bake for about 5 min until golden and crunchy. When the fyllo cools down smash into piece. In the meantime mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and the frsh cream. Place in a serving pan a layer of the smshed fyllo, pour over some honey and add the cottage cheese mixture. Finish up with the resty of the fyllo pastry and the honey. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and put in the fridge.
