Wash the salmon fillets thoroughly and add salt and pepper as preferred. Place the salmon fillets in a pyrex dish suitable for baking in the oven. Chop the onions and put on top of the salmon fillets. Pour some fresh cream on top of each salmon fillet and add fresh chopped dill. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for approximately 30 min in a pre-heated oven. Remove the aluminium foil and cook for further 10 min.
