2. Combine 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add sour cream, eggs and baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat until well mixed.
3. Spread HALF of batter into greased and floured 13x9 baking pan. Spread peaches over batter. Spoon remaining batter over peaches, spread carefully.
4. Stir together 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. pecans or oatmeal and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut in 3 tbsp. butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
