  1. 1. Whisk together the 2 cups cold skim milk and pudding mix, beat for 2 minutes. Allow to set for 5-10 minutes in the refridgerator.
  2. 2. Fold whipped topping into the pudding, being careful not to overbeat.
  3. 3. Spread the frosting onto the Angel Food Cake
  4. 4. Spoon/Pour the caramel sauce over the top, allowing it to run down the sides
  5. 5. If desired, garnish with butterscotch chips
  6. 6. Refridgerate at least 2 hours to allow frosting and caramel to set.
