  1. In mixing bowl, stir together the bisquick, cheese and pepper. Stir in beaten eggs just until moistened. Fold in zucchini and onion. In a 10" skillet or griddle, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Using 2 TBsp. of mixture for each round. Cook 4 rounds at a time, about 2 or 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Keep warm while cooking the rest of the rounds. Try adding other ingredients for a variety, each time. Even the kids like these!
