  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok and fry the pork for 45 seconds to one minute on each side.
  2. 2. Add the sweet potato, red onion and broccoli to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes, to soften the vegetables.
  3. 3. Add the splash of wine, sugar, seasoning and honey to the pan and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Add the peach to the pan, and heat for a further minute.
  5. 5. Remove from the heat and stir in the fresh parsley. Transfer to serving plates and serve at once.
