  1. In a large stir fry pan heat 3 TBSP olive oil. Cut off the last two inches on the asparagus stalks and discard. Chop up the asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Saute in pan for approx. 5 min. on medium heat or untill they begin to become tender. Prepare the shrimp by thawing it in cool running water and peeling the shells. Add shrimp to pan with asparagus and continue to cook untill shrimp is tender and pink. About 3 or 4 minutes. Add crushed garlic cloves and salt and pepper. You may wish to add some more olive oil if the pan is getting dry. When garlic is soft and tender , add the cooked spaghettini noodles to the pan to combine the flavours. The spaghettini will pick up the garlic and will help to hold all the flavours together. Serve crusty bread and enjoy!
