"Eating healthy at BBQ's is always a challenge when it's typically beef burgers and hot dogs. This recipe will help you eat healthy and still let you have that burger off the grill! It's flavorful and has a kick!"

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate. (These can be baked as well - see below for baking instructions)
  2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients using your hands.
  3. Divide the meat into 5 portions and form into patties. Each will be a quarter pound burger.
  4. Grill patties over medium high heat for 10 to 20 minutes, or to desired doneness.
  5. If baking the burgers - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place in the oven while preheating. Once the patties are formed, place them in the hot baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over and bake another 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
