  1. 1. Spread pork rinds out in large baking dish.
  2. 2. Mix together splenda and cinnamon in small bowl.
  3. 3. Melt butter in microwave on low power for about 1 minute or until completely melted.
  4. 4. Drizzle butter slowly over pork rinds while occasionally shaking dish to evenly spread butter on all sides of pork rinds.
  5. 5. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over pork rinds. Serve immediately.
  6. Adjust cinnamon and sugar amounts to your taste. You may also use other sugar substitutes.
