Preheat over to 350°. Place crust ingredients in large bowl and mix until well blended and mixture starts to stick together. Press into ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Place cream cheese filling ingredients in large bowl and mix about 30 seconds on low. Beat mix for about 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust and bake for 6-7 minutes or until filling is slightly set. Place all lemon filling ingredients, except lemon juice, in large bowl and mix on low about 30 seconds. Beat and gradually add lemon juice until well blended. Pour over cream cheese filling and bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
