Saute onions, garlic and ham. Don't let the ham get brown... Add the mushroom. Fry just long enought to get a lil bit of the juice out of the mushrooms. Add the cream and the cream cheese.
Let cook on a medium heat till the sauce thickens. Stir in salt, pepper and a little bit of the veggie bouillion just as u like it. If you like a little bit more of cheese flavor then add the parmesan cheese.. it also thickens the sauce a little bit more.
