  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Measure out honey and add hot water. Mix until honey "dissolves". Mix with oats and almonds in a medium bowl until small clumps form, adding more hot water if necessary.
  3. Spread on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 45 mins, or until well toasted, checking and stirring every 10-15 mins.
  4. Cool and stir in raisins. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
