  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
  3. Mix melted butter, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs, mix well.
  5. Add well-drained crushed pineapple and mix.
  6. Fold in bread cubes, pour into casserole dish.
  7. Bake one hour in 350 degree oven, until baked through and top is golden.
