  1. -Peel and slice potatoes thinly. Place in bowl and cover with cold water until used.
  2. -Slice onion thinly
  3. -Shred cheese
  4. -In a bowl, mix soup, salt, pepper, milk and soy sauce.
  5. -In an 8x8 baking dish place 1/4 the potato layered, 1/4 onion, 2/3 cup cheese and repeat. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over top. Repeat this step again.
  6. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes reach desired tenderness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
