  1. 1. Let the cream cheese and butter melt and become soft NOT liqudy. Mix it together so it's creamy.
  2. 2. Wash the tomatoe and cucumber. Peel the cucumber. Then cut the cucumber and tomatoe into thin slices. Set aside.
  3. 3. Slice the sausage too. Set aside also.
  4. 4. If the french bread isn't pre-cut then cut it.
  5. 5.Spread the cream-cheese and butter spread onto the french bread.
  6. 6. Then put one of each topping on each slice of bread.
  7. 7. Enjoy
