  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugars, and cinnamon. Mix in walnuts, macadamia nuts, eggs, oil, pineapple, coconut, banana, vanilla extract, lemon extract, coconut extract, applesauce. Stir until blended. Pour evenly into the pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 70-80 minutes, or until a tooth pick (or a butter knife) inserted into the center of a loaf comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Topping:
  5. Mix the butter, sugar, and milk. Add in nuts. Mix. Put the nuts evenly on top of bread 10 minutes after baking has finished.
  6. Wait 20-30 minutes, and enjoy!
