  1. Defrost the shrimp and remove the tails.
  2. Squeeze lime juice, pour over shrimp and let set aside. Meanwhile chop the onions, peppers, tomaotes, scallions, basil or parsley leaves, stir and add garlic and vinager.
  3. Add the remainding ingredients to the shrimp. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
  5. Serve on garlic toasted bread bisquits.
