"This is no gourmet recipe, but it's so ridiculously fast and easy that even I can make it on a college student budget and schedule. I love this with mashed potatoes. Leave out the curry powder if that's not your thing."
Mix vegetables, chicken, soup and curry (if used) and pour into an 8-9 inch pie plate. Blend baking mix, milk and egg with a fork and pour over filling. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 min, or until golden brown.
