  1. 1. Lightly grease/paper line muffin cups.
  2. 2. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. 3. Stir in yoghurt and milk until the ingredients are just moistened.
  4. 4. Fill cups 2/3.
  5. 5. Bake at 400 degrees farenheit for 18 mins or until a lovely brown colour!
  6. 6. Serve.
