  1. Prepare pasta according to box instructions
  2. drain and cool, place in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to a blender or food processor. (might need to blend in half batches to avoid overflow) Blend till all ingredients are well blended into a sauce. (about 3 minutes)
  3. Pour over the pasta, mix well. Must refrigerate at least 3 days before serving. Stir once a day for first 3 days. Can be made weeks ahead.
