  1. Set oven to 350 degree.
  2. Grease well, and lightly flour a Bundt pan.
  3. In an extra large bowl, sift together the first 5 ingredients.
  4. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  5. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour batter in prepared Bundt pan.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until cake tests done when a toothpick of cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Cool 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, or top with a glaze.
