  1. Cut beef into thin strips. Mix with 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire, and minced garlic. Let marinate at least 1 hour.
  2. Cut green pepper, onion, and mushrooms into fairly good sized chunks. Set aside.
  3. Saute meat in 2 Tablespoons oil over medium high heat until almost done.
  4. Add green pepper and onion. Continue sauteing until veggies are tender crisp.
  5. Add mushrooms and saute a few minutes more.
  6. Next add the tomato soup and 1/4 cup Worcestershire. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
  7. While meat mixture is simmering, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  8. Right before serving add sour cream to meat mixture. Stir until just heated through.
  9. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
