Rinse livers and place on baking pan that has been coated with 2 tablespoons of the corn oil. Mix up livers so they coat with oil. Broil 8-10 min or until brown on top then turn untill browned on other side (5 min). Remove from broiler place in bowl and refrigerate. In a large skillet combine 2 tablespoons of chicken fat and remaining corn oil. Heat and add onions to sautee until onions are golden golden and browned on the edges.(20 min). place in bowl cover and refigerate. Once chilled finely chop livers, onions and eggs and comine with remaining chicken fat and salt and pepper. chil completely and serve on challah (bread).
