  1. -Preheat oven/toaster oven at 350 degrees.
  2. -Cut wheel of brie in half, lenght wise.
  3. -Separate the two halves and spread crushed garlic on one half.
  4. -Spread 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper jelly over garlic.
  5. -Place other half of brie wheel on top.
  6. -Spread remaining red pepper jelly over wheel of brie.
  7. -Bake in round casserole dish for 15 minutes or until rind melts.
  8. -Serve with fresh baguette or crackers.
