  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.
  2. 1.Cream margarine, shortening and sugar together in a mixer.
  3. 2.Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix together.
  4. 3.Add oats to the mixture and mix.
  5. 4.Add water to the mixture and mix until mixture becomes little pea-size crumbs.
  6. 5.Prepare a cookie pan with a cookie sheet greased with shortening.
  7. 6.Use hand to shape cookie dough into medium size balls.
  8. 7.Take 3 or 4 pieces of raisins and press them into ball of cookie dough.
  9. 8.Then press ball of dough with raisins into round flatshapes onto cookie sheet.
  10. 9.Be sure to expose raisins and not to cover them up with dough.
  11. 10.Cookies are done after 12 mins in oven or until raisins are bloated up.
  12. 11.Leave in pan to cool for 10 mins before removing to cool further on grease paper.
