Boil sweet potatoes until done, skin under cold running water. slice into rounds and place in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter. Pour small amount of pineapple juice in dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, top with pineapple tidbits, spoon on orange marmalade, sprinkle with coconut flakes then chopped pecans. Top with marshmellows. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
