  1. Take 4 Filet's and place in 4 ziplock bags. Add 2 shots of Tequila to each bag. Cut slice in side of lime and squeeze once into each bag. Let marinate 1 hour. While waiting chop fresh cilantro (finely), Red pepper of your choice, yellow onion and garlic. When meat is done marinating, heat large frying pan on med high. Add olive oil and chopped garlic and stir occasionally for 5 mins. Remove steaks from bags and dust with fresh cilantro so that surface of each steak is peppered. Add steaks, onions and peppers to the pan and douse with remaining Tequila. Squeeze lime over all 4 steaks and a pinch of black pepper for each steak. Stir onions and peppers around between steaks. Flip steaks when ready then one more squeeze of lime over the steaks. Remove steaks to plates when ready and top with what's left in the pan. Serve and enjoy!!
