  1. 1. preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. 2. Cream together the margarine, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add almond and vanilla extracts.
  3. 3. Combine both flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in seperate bowl until well blended, add to batter.
  4. 4. Mix oats, chocolate chips, seeds, nuts, and shredded carrot into batter one at a time.
  5. 5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until done.
