  1. Preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
  2. In a large skillet melt butter with vegetable oil.
  3. Add vegetables, sautee for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add ham and sautee for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add salt, pepper and herbs - I added 1 tbsp dry parsley and 1 tbsp dry dill.
  6. Cook for another minute or so.
  7. Beat the eggs with milk or sourcream mix, until you see them foaming a little.
  8. Add some salt and black pepper to the egg mix.
  9. Stir in flour.
  10. Fold the vegetable mix into a baking pan that is 2" deep.
  11. Pour the egg mix over the vegetables.
  12. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
  13. In the last 5-7 minutes, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the bake, and complete baking when cheese is golden-brown and bubbly.
