  1. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease & add 1/2 package of Taco Seasoning + 1/2 cup water. Cook 2 more minutes. Spread cooked beef in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. Spread Chili Beans evenly over beef. Drizzle half of salad dressing over Beef & Beans. Layer on lettuce, then tomatoes, then olives. Evenly pour remaining dressing over all. Spread grated cheese over all. Before serving, crumble corn chips over top of salad. Can be served at room temperature or refrigerated for a few hours before serving if time allows.
