Stir Fry with rice

  1. Put the 2 cups of rice in a pot and add 4 cups water and sprinkle a litle salt and turn on high until it boils, put a simmer plate under the pot and turn to low heat. Set your timer for 30min. Meanwhile cut up all the vegetables and put them in an oiled pan o med. heat. When the vegetables are starting to cook grate the ginger into the pan and add the tamari,then add some water and cover, keeping the stove on medium heat, until the vegetables/Tofu satin is soft.
  2. Turn off and remove the heat.
  3. When the rice is done, get as many bowls are that are eating (ofcourse) and if you want to be fancy take an ice cream scooper and scoop three now rice balls into the bowls and add the stir fry over it, if you add enough water to the stir fry then you will have a nice sauce to go with it.
  4. this is a great one course meal for lunch or dinner. enjoy
