  1. Add the water and milk to a saucepan along with all other ingredients. Slowly bring to a simmer, stiring occasionally. When good and hot strain the liquid through (one teaspoon per cup) the black tead. Allow to steep for approximetly 3-4 min. and enjoy. Remember tastes vary, some may like a little more nutmeg or less sugar? This is the recipe that I have made for my taste. Good luck with it I hope you enjoy.
