  1. 1. Sautee the veggies in butter over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (or until the veggies are softened).
  2. 2. Cook wheat pilaf according to directions on box.
  3. 3. Add the veggies and the wheat pilaf to a casserole dish.
  4. 4. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with seasoning. Cook chicken on stove top until browned.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chicken and the cheese to the casserole dish. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle croutons on top.
  7. 6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until browned on top.
