In blender ONLY puree garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt until smooth. While blending, add canola oil in a slow steady stream until mixture thickens. Serve immediately. Store leftover in refrigerator. If sauce "breaks," try stirring or blending again until mixture is homogenous.
