"My grandmother had a large family and always made this soup and served it with sweet cornbread. Of course she also added whatever vegetable she had leftover to the pot too, But the basic recipe always remained the same. Even better the next day."

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, add Corn, tomato soup, and potatoes to a large stockpot. Crumble and add corned beef to pot. If soup is too thick add up to 1 and 1/2cans of water. Cook on low heat. Stir frequently to keep the soup from scorching.
  3. When macaroni is cooked drain and add to the stockpot. Mix well and continue cooking until soup is hot, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve with sweet cornbread, if desired.
