"I adore curry and thought that this aromatic spice would be a natural with tuna. My family thinks that I was right and ask for these tuna-melts often. Easy and very tasty. To keep this recipe on the "light" side, use non-fat mayo and low-fat cheese. "

  1. Combine tuna, celery and onion in a small bowl.
  2. In seperate bowl, stir together mayo, lemon juice and curry. Stir into the tuna mixture.
  3. Toast the English muffins. Spoon tuna mixture evenly over the muffins. Top each with cheese.
  4. Broil for 2 - 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
