  1. -Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. -Line cookie sheet with foil.
  3. -Cut Zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Chop up and save about 1/2 of the seeds to mix into the meat mixture.
  4. -In a large bowl, mix together all the above ingredients and zucchini seeds (omit cheese). Spoon into the zucchini halves equally.
  5. -Place zucchini halves onto foil lined cookie sheet and bake for approximately 35 minutes. When about 10 minutes left of cooking, remove and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
