"This keeps very well, if it lasts! I froze some portions and then took them with me for lunches. They were very good! They will keep at room temp about three hours. Note: the total time is 1 hour, as it takes time to cool before you can slice it."

  1. Take a large sheet pan and spray very lightly with cooking spray. Roll or stretch completely thawed dough to fit shape of pan, as you would for a pizza.
  2. In a bowl, combine ham, chicken, onion, olives, 1/2 cup cheese, mayo and mustard.
  3. Spread remaining 1/2 cup cheese over all the dough. Top with meat mixture, spreading to nearly, but not quite, the edges of the dough; again, as for a pizza.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Begin rolling dough with long side closest to you, just rolling as you would for cinnamon rolls. When you reach the end, carefully pinch to seal all edges, including ends. Brush all exposed sides with beaten egg and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool on rack completely before cutting into portions. I got 6 large, meal-sized portions, but if you are serving as an appetizer or snack, more can be made.
