  1. Cut 1 fresh bagel in half (like a hamburger bun).
  2. On one half of the sandwich, add 1 tbs. of your favorite mustard or smear on some gourmet veggie cream cheese.
  3. Add lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, onions, and alfalfa sprouts to the bagel.
  4. Top off with with ground pepper and a pinch of course kosher salt.
  5. Top with second half of bagel and enjoy!
  6. Tip: this sandwich is terrific with gourmet kettle cooked potato chips!
