"In CA we have a local restaurant that makes their own steak sauce (McLintock's). I use this brand, but I think any will work. This is so good served with rice and a salad in the summer! This is my own creation and I have never given the recipe till now."
Mix all marinade ingredients in bowl and set aside. Cube chicken and place in zip lock bag with half of the marinade. Keep in frig for at least 2-3 hours. To assemble use either wooden skewers (soak in water) or metal. Place one of each vegie and chicken alternating every other one till skewer is full, leaving 2 inch space as handle. BBQ over medium heat brushing with rest of marinade till chicken is done and vegies are tender.Use all the marinade as it adds flavor to the vegies. I have doubled the marinade because we really love the flavor it gives the vegies.
