In a large/deep pan add beef, onion, and garlic on medium heat until beef is browned. Drain. Return to heat and add can of tomatoes (including juice) and beef broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles. Cover and stir often until noodles are done (about 15 minutes). Reduce heat to simmer. Add cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and all is mixed thoroughly.
