  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese in a saucepan over medium heat and heat til warm.
  3. 3. Grease the bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
  4. 4. Quarter tortillas. Lay one layer along bottom of the pan.
  5. 5. Pour 1/2 of chicken mixture over tortillas.
  6. 6. Layer another layer of tortilla quarters over the chicken mixture.
  7. 7. Place the remaining chicken mixture on top of the second layer of tortillas.
  8. 8. Top with cheese. (Optional place a layer of cheese between the bottom layer of chicken mixture and second layer of tortillas).
  9. 9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
