Boil noodles. In skillet, brown ground turkey and onion in the oil. Chop up and mash boullion cube into ground turkey and mix in. Add cream of mushroom soup(generic tends to be saltier, so if using a name brand, add 1/4 tsp of salt) Blend, then add water or milk. Add paprika. Drain noodles. Spoon turkey mixture over noodles. You're done!
